Working Hours : Full-time, Monday – Friday, Flexible Schedule (must work 8 hours per day). This includes two evenings from 5PM to 9PM.

Position Overview:
Parents Anonymous® Inc. is seeking one full‑time qualified passionate Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to serve as our Director of our United Mental Health Promoters (UMHP) program in SPA 3. You will lead and support a team of dedicated peers to promote mental health outreach, education and prevention for targeted populations, fostering relationships with community‑based organizations, and promoting wellness in the community.

Key Responsibilities :
Lead and support a Supervisor, Senior promoter, and 6 Peers to maintain program quality and achieve outcomes.
Perform supervisory duties, including reviewing timesheets, managing job performance, interviewing applicants, and training staff.
Advise, coordinate, and conduct clinical assessments for participants as needed.
Assist in developing and managing outreach, community engagement, and client support services plans.
Create outreach activities for various populations, including ages birth to 5, DCFS, juvenile justice, elderly 65+, the unhoused population, transitional age youth, and LGBTQIA+ communities.
Oversee Peer Support drop‑in groups, including trauma‑informed activities such as art, dance, drumming circles, mindfulness activities, etc.
Educate targeted populations on Mental Health Awareness, COVID Prevention, Domestic Violence Prevention, and Community Violence Prevention.
Plan and actively engage in outreach activities through in‑person and virtual outreach.
Promote all Evidence‑Based Parents Anonymous® Programs through outreach and peer support with diverse parents, children, and youth.
Create and maintain partnerships with community‑based organizations to expand community linkage.
Advocate and embrace the vision, mission, and goals of Parents Anonymous®.
Perform other duties as deemed necessary to fulfill agency and/or program requirements.
Qualifications:
Active and valid registration with BBS as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.
Must have some program management experience, preferred.
Must work 2 evenings a week and weekend hours as needed.
Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
Master’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
Experience working directly with diverse Parents, Children & Youth up to age 25.
Strong alignment with the Vision and Mission of Parents Anonymous® Inc.
Commitment to the philosophy and theory of change of Parents Anonymous® including mutual support, parent leadership, shared leadership®, and personal growth and change.
Well‑developed computer skills.
Ability to work at community outreach events on weekends as needed.
Willingness to be flexible to fulfill the requirements of the position
Must be culturally responsive, responsible, and able to seek assistance from supervisor when crises arise.
Must embrace the philosophy and theory of change of Parent Anonymous including mutual support, parent leadership, shared leadership, personal growth and change.
Must have a driver’s license to visit families and children if needed.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
