Day shift with possible on-call responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Oversee pharmacy operations ensuring compliance with regulations and standards Manage pharmacy staff and collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize medication use Participate in clinical rounds and provide expert pharmaceutical guidance for inpatient care Maintain quality assurance and safety initiatives within the pharmacy department Qualifications and Desired Experience: Licensed Pharmacist or Director of Pharmacy credential with relevant state licensure Proven inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, ideally within a critical access hospital Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage day-to-day operational challenges, including on-call duties This contract provides a competitive daily rate and a chance to contribute meaningfully to a critical access healthcare facility.
