to provide strategic and operational leadership for the Intensive Care Unit, ensuring delivery of high-quality, compliant, and efficient critical care services. This role will be responsible for driving clinical excellence, strengthening quality outcomes, building and developing high-performing teams, and supporting collaboration with providers and interdisciplinary departments. The ideal candidate is an accomplished ICU nurse leader with strong experience in critical care operations, quality initiatives, and team development—preferably within a
for-profit hospital
environment.
Required Qualifications (Must-Haves) •
Active (or eligible) New Mexico RN License

Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)

7+ years
of healthcare experience •
3+ years
in a leadership role • Experience working in a
for-profit hospital environment
