Total Gas & Chemical Management (TGCM) Operations group provides our semiconductor manufacturing customers with on site safe, reliable, and cost-effective management of the gases and chemicals needed on a daily basis in the production of electronics materials. This service requires operating and maintaining gas and chemical distribution equipment and systems 24/7 without issue or interruption.**Responsibilities:*** Responsible for inventory control of chemicals and gas cylinders* Responsible for Schedule production for manufacturing operation by releasing jobs* Interface with customers to resolve issues including those with forecasts, special order, and non-delivered orders* Ensure that all stock-out situations are resolved in a timely manner* Interface with supplier to ensure that deliveries are on time, correct inventory levels are maintained, and non-conforming material is returned in a timely manner* Provide feedback to customers and management when actual usage varies significantly from forecast and it is impacting inventory levels* Maintain a list of all supplier contacts including account Reps.
