We are looking for a motivated, friendly individual to join our Sheridan team and serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers.
Role Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face and voice of AO Prado. This is an
entry-level position
perfect for someone looking to start a career in the booming home services and renewable energy industries. No prior experience in solar or HVAC is required—we provide full training on our products and services!
Key Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Greet customers in person and answer incoming phone calls with a helpful and professional attitude.
Scheduling:
Assist with booking and confirming appointments for our solar, HVAC, and roofing technicians.
Inquiry Management:
Provide basic information to homeowners about our services, warranties, and maintenance plans.
Data Entry:
Maintain accurate customer records in our system, ensuring all contact information and service histories are up to date.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with the sales and installation teams to ensure a smooth experience for the customer from start to finish.
Qualifications
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; you should enjoy talking to people!
Computer Skills:
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel) and the ability to learn new scheduling software.
Reliability:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to be punctual for in-person shifts in Sheridan.
Mindset:
A positive "can-do" attitude and a willingness to learn about technical trades like roofing and solar energy.
Work Environment & Schedule
Type:
Full-time or Part-time, In-person.
Location:
Our office in Sheridan, WY.
Physical Requirements:
Primarily a desk-based role, requiring long periods of sitting and phone interaction.
