Sales Team Member Daily Duties
Execute a "fast-break" sales strategy to bring AT&T Fiber to homes across Charlotte. Meet directly with prospects, closing deals like a buzzer-beater in the fourth quarter. Hustle for every lead and turn "maybes" into "signed contracts." Work closely with the "coaching staff" (our managers) to refine your sales highlights. Maintain an elite-level knowledge of our products and the competition’s weaknesses. Deliver world-class customer service that keeps our "fans" (customers) coming back. Participate in daily "scouting reports" to analyze how we can win more market share.
