Job: Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis

Title Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis Our client, a growing real estate development company in Virginia Beach, VA, seeks a Director of Financial Reporting and Analysis to join its team permanently. Position reports directly to ownership and will also work in tandem with the Controller who oversees day-to-day accounting operations. Role is both strategic and hands-on and encompasses ownership reporting, financial modeling and analysis, decision support, budgeting and forecasting, investments, cash flow management, and special projects. CPA preferred. Compensation currently targeted up to 175K base (commensurate with experience). This position requires 4 days a week in office.
