Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Sales Agent located in MS. The Real Estate Sales Agent will participate in property acquisitions and sales, serve as a resource for buyers and investors, and conduct market research to ensure accurate land evaluations. Responsibilities include creating and maintaining strong client relationships, guiding clients through the sales process, preparing contracts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. Agents will actively engage in marketing strategies and networking to expand client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth. Qualifications Strong negotiation, sales, and client relationship management skills Exceptional communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in market research, real estate analysis, and data-driven decision-making Experience in evaluating and marketing land and properties Familiarity with 1031 exchanges, commercial projects, and real estate contract preparation Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and achieve sales goals Valid real estate license in Mississippi (or ability to obtain prior to start date) Understanding of state and local real estate laws and regulations A proactive mindset and willingness to work in a team-oriented, client-focused environment Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools is a plus
