Insurance Account Representative – State Farm Agent Team Member

Position:
Property and Casualty sales. Must have previous sales experience and a General Lines Property and Casualty license.
As a State Farm Insurance Agent, with two office locations, we are looking to hire an outgoing, customer‑focused individual who enjoys working with the public. If you aspire to run your own business, become a community advisor, and lead a team, this role will help develop your business leadership skills, industry and State Farm business acumen, and sales and marketing experience.
Responsibilities
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish and follow up with customer relationships.
Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
Maintain a strong work ethic and a total commitment to success each day.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary plus commission/bonus

Close collaboration with the agent to understand office logistics
Compensation: $90,000.00 – $150,000.00 per year.
