Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1 to join their team. As a US - Field Technical Spt Cons IV - US1, you will be part of the IT Support Services supporting the technical needs of the organization. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Provide software and hardware support to end-users in a professional banking environment

Configure, install, and test hardware components and manage hardware deployment replacements

Support and troubleshoot end-user devices, including PCs, laptops, and virtual desktops

Manage service-related issues using the ServiceNow ticketing system to prevent escalation

Document service events accurately and maintain detailed records of work orders and tickets

What's Needed?

3-5 years of experience providing software and hardware support in a professional setting

Knowledge of server, Cisco technology, and infrastructure applications such as VDI, patch management, encryption, and anti-virus solutions

Proficiency with troubleshooting/supporting MS Office applications, MS Teams, Outlook, and Windows OS

Experience working with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems is a plus

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-profile environment
