We are seeking a qualified SEO Specialist to join our growing Digital Marketing team. The role requires a background in technical and on‑page SEO as well as an ongoing content strategy. The SEO Specialist will serve as the subject‑matter expert for account teams and collaborate with other channel specialists to achieve each client’s business objectives.
Responsibilities
Understand clients’ digital marketing goals and translate them into executable strategies through ongoing site enhancements.
Conduct SEO audits that cover technical, on‑site, and off‑site factors.
Analyze and provide recommendations for platform‑specific SEO efforts.
Recommend site structure, content, and user‑journey flow to increase visibility in search engines.
Track, analyze, and report using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Looker Studio, and other SEO industry tools.
Identify KPIs and complete work as needed to improve clients’ site rankings and organic traffic.
Provide monthly/quarterly organic reporting along with additional recommendations.
Stay on top of industry trends and new SEO tactics.
Communicate across multiple teams using data‑backed decision making.
Qualifications
4+ years of SEO experience.
Strong experience with Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Proficiency with Bing Search Central, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools.
In‑depth understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and sound SEO design principles.
Demonstrated success managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, etc.) as they relate to SEO.
Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex concepts verbally and in writing to clients.
Excellent time‑management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, team‑based environment.
Ability to think logically and develop practical SEO recommendations to support clients’ marketing strategies.
The U.S.–based salary range for this full‑time position is $60,000–$100,000 per year. Pay is determined by job‑related skills, experience, and education or training.
