About the Role:

Exacom is seeking a results-driven and technically proficient

Marketing Operations & Analytics professional

to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience in digital marketing systems, data analysis, and CRM tools who’s ready to take ownership of core marketing infrastructure and performance insights.

As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll play a central role in optimizing our marketing technology stack, enabling smarter campaign decisions, and delivering actionable insights that drive revenue growth. This position requires a blend of technical know‑how, analytical thinking, and a strong grasp of modern marketing tactics and platforms.

What You Bring:

Hands‑on experience with CRM platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or Salesforce

Proficiency in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and UTM strategy

Understanding of digital campaign tracking, SEO/SEM, and lead funnel metrics

Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting

Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or marketing automation systems a plus

A process‑oriented mindset with a passion for improving systems and performance

Self‑motivation, attention to detail, and an eagerness to take initiative

Key Responsibilities:

CRM & Data Management : Administer and optimize Microsoft Dynamics CRM to ensure clean data, accurate attribution, and seamless campaign tracking.

Analytics & Performance Reporting : Develop dashboards and reports to evaluate campaign ROI, funnel performance, and audience behavior using Google Analytics, Tableau, and CRM tools.

Attribution & Tracking : Implement and manage UTM parameters, conversion tracking, and Google Tag Manager to improve visibility into campaign effectiveness.

Marketing Tech Stack Optimization : Support and evolve our martech ecosystem, including integrations, automation workflows, and platform performance.

SEO/SEM Execution : Assist in managing search performance through keyword research, ad optimization, and landing page tracking and analysis.

Website Analytics : Monitor site performance and behavior through GA4, collaborate on site updates, and surface insights to improve user experience and conversions.

Cross‑Channel Strategy Support : Provide data‑driven insights across paid, organic, email, and social to shape campaign planning and strategic initiatives.
