Are You Ready to Join Our Dynamic Team? The ideal candidate is a hands‑on people leader who not only supports day‑to‑day operations but also enhances and develops processes to create efficiencies, scalability, and consistency across the team.

Recipe for Success:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years

of experience in a

Sales Support, or Administrative role .

3+ years of proven experience managing administrative professionals or sales support teams , including

strong leadership, coaching and performance management skills.

Strong proficiency in:

Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced) : pivot tables, formulas, data analysis. SharePoint, Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

Experience with process improvement, workflow optimization and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

Familiarity with sales reporting, commissions, billing and CRM or third‑party tools.

Exceptional multitasking abilities, with the capacity to balance multiple deadlines, anticipate workflow needs, and shift focus as priorities evolve.

Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate internally and professionally represent BBI externally.

Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and a

proactive problem‑solving approach .

Comfortable working in a fast‑moving, evolving environment with tight deadlines.

Here is a taste of what you will be doing: People Leadership & Team Management

Hire, lead, manage, and develop a team of Sales Support Administrators, ensuring strong performance (including coaching and performance management), collaboration and fostering positive employee relations

Oversee onboarding and training for new hires, including Support Admins and Account Executives

Partner with the Admin team to prioritize workloads and ensure deadlines are met

Audit work periodically to ensure accuracy and adherence to standards

Process Improvement & Efficiency

Evaluate and improve sales support processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability

Identify workflow gaps and implement streamlined solutions for sales and administrative functions

Develop and maintain SOPs to ensure consistency and best practices

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Leadership to drive process improvements aligned with business goals

Utilize systems, tools, and reporting to optimize productivity and minimize manual work

Sales & Leadership Support

Act as a key liaison for questions and feedback from the Sales team

Join Senior Leadership calls to provide recaps, follow‑ups, and execution support

Execute and support new initiatives driven by Senior Leadership

Support

Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)

by:

Attending all calls

Providing guidance to Support Admins

Reviewing deliverables and outcomes

Sales Operations & Reporting

Oversee commissions and billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely execution

Compile, analyze, and distribute sales reports to support data‑driven decisions

Manage 3rd party sales reporting, including:

Sending and reviewing reports for accuracy

Troubleshooting issues directly with the external team

Following up to ensure resolution and completion

Maintain and oversee SharePoint organization and ongoing maintenance

Cross‑Functional Collaboration & Events

Collaborate with multiple departments to improve communication and operational alignment

Plan and coordinate internal and external events, overseeing logistics and execution
