What You'll Be Doing
Conducting comprehensive home inspections from attic to crawl space
Building trust with customers by explaining your findings and recommending the best treatment options
Closing sales by highlighting the value and long-term benefits of Orkin's services
Managing appointments, follow-ups, and documentation using a company-provided iPad
Working independently, prioritizing your schedule, and maximizing leads and self-generated opportunities
Representing Orkin with professionalism and integrity at all times

Average first-year earnings between $80,000 and $100,000 (base + commission)

No prior pest control experience needed - we will teach you everything

You'd Be a Great Fit If You
Have experience in Sales, Account Management, Home Inspection, or Project Management
Enjoy meeting new people and solving real problems
Are confident, competitive, and goal-driven
Can work independently and stay organized
Are comfortable climbing, crawling, or working in various weather conditions
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Must obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid)
Ability to safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
Lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
Safely accessing crawlspaces, attics, and confined spaces
Wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
