Overview The Italian subsidiary of Spacelabs Healthcare, based in Verona, is seeking a Sales & Product Specialist to drive Cardiology and Patient Monitoring sales across the
Lazio (Rome), Umbria, and Toscana
regions—part of the “Centre Italy” territory. This role combines strategic account development, product expertise, and territory management to promote our advanced healthcare solutions and service offerings.
Residence in one of the three regions is required, with a preference for candidates based in the Rome area
Key Responsibilities
Achieve annual sales targets through focused territory coverage and account penetration
Identify and develop strategic reference sites within the assigned region
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine tools and share best practices
Maintain a balanced sales funnel and update CRM tools daily
Deliver product presentations, evaluations, and clinical demonstrations
Monitor market trends and competition, promoting new Spacelabs solutions
Participate in trade shows and corporate meetings, including occasional international travel
Conduct basic installations and acceptance testing when required
Apply expert-level Strategic/Spin Selling techniques to maximize account impact
Build consultative relationships with key stakeholders and track long-term purchasing plans
Manage territory budgets, consignment inventory, and sales expenditures
Submit timely reports on activities, forecasts, and market positioning
Prepare quotations using the online system, ensuring compliance with pricing approvals
Qualifications
Degree or professional qualification in technical science or business discipline
Proven success in capital equipment sales, ideally in a cardiac clinical setting
Expert-level proficiency in Strategic/Spin Selling
Strong project management and presentation skills
Ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels
Willingness to travel domestically (>70%) and internationally; valid passport required
