Plans, directs, and manages all aspects of store operations within assigned selling departments including associate management, customer relations, in-stock conditions, visual merchandising, asset protection, and training.

Job Qualifications Four years of experience in retail management, two of which were as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Main Store Manager, or Branch Store Manager within the last five years.
Bachelor's degree and two years as a Sales Area Manager, Operations Manager, Assistant Main Store Manager, or Branch Store Manager within the last five years.
Degree (one of):
BACHELORS DEGREE - Preferred

PCS authorized for eligible associates. Relocation entitlements/allowances may vary
Salary Minimum $62,693.00
Major Duties
Drive monthly sales while controlling markdowns and inventory.
Ensure that profit and productivity goals are met while controlling expenses and personnel cost.
Ensure optimal product mix, strong in-stock position, and execute HQ and local promotions.
Implement and maintain Exchange corporate standards of merchandising and customer service.
Train, coach, and mentor junior managers and associates.
Performs other duties as assigned.
