Role overview: Associate Photographers are the talented and versatile team responsible for the media collection for Homes.com and Apartments.com. They are equipped with a Pro 3 Matterport, digital camera equipment and iPad to create virtual tours, floorplans and photography for residential homes. Each Associate Photographer is assigned a core territory servicing Homes.com and Apartments.com clients.
Responsibilities
Capture 3-D virtual tours and footprints to support marketing on Homes.com and Apartments.com.
Create a portfolio of photographs to feature homes and apartments using photography techniques to best showcase spaces.
Coordinate with scheduling and dispatch teams to maximize appointments and meet client demands.
Communicate professionally with clients, sales, researcher partners, and management to evaluate priorities, initiatives, and tasks.
Generate market coverage by navigating one-mile square grids to identify commercial real estate inventory to be photographed.
Identify new inventory, missing availability, and commercial properties to photograph.
Adhere to CoStar safety standards to safeguard vehicles and equipment.
Represent CoStar professionally at all times.
Participate in conference calls with sales and research teams as needed.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of professional experience; real estate photography experience preferred.
Experience as a professional photographer, or a recently earned degree in photography.
Drone photography experience with FAA Part 107 license/certification (obtained within 30 days of offer).
Strong time management and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to accurately capture and enter data; excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency with Windows, Apple OS, Microsoft Office and Internet applications.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; field experience preferred.
Valid driver’s license; driving record check required prior to start.
Compensation & Benefits The position is hourly plus bonus-eligible, with monthly bonuses based on performance metrics. The pay is stated as $50,000 annually, with opportunity for monthly bonuses.
