Campus Executive Director The Campus Executive Director is the senior‑most leader on campus, responsible for total campus performance—including revenue generation, P&L management, accreditation compliance, academic quality, enrollment and student outcomes, and operational execution. This role requires a seasoned executive with deep experience in private, for‑profit, career‑focused, or trade/technical education and a proven ability to drive results through people, process, and strategy.
What This Role Is A high‑impact executive leadership position overseeing all major campus functions—Admissions, Academics, Student Services, Operations, and Compliance. You will set direction, develop leaders, and ensure the campus achieves its financial, operational, and student‑success goals.
Core Responsibilities Strategic, Operational & Financial Leadership
Own campus P&L, revenue, budget management, expense control, and EBITDA contribution
Develop and execute strategic growth plans aligned with organizational goals
Lead cross‑functional teams to meet enrollment, retention, and placement outcomes
Academic Quality & Accreditation
Ensure full compliance with accrediting bodies, state regulators, and federal requirements
Prepare for and lead accreditation visits, audits, and reporting activities
Lead, coach, and develop department heads across Admissions, Academics, Student Services, and Operations
Build a high‑performance, inclusive, mission‑driven culture
Set clear expectations and hold teams accountable to results
Build relationships with employers, community leaders, and advisory boards
Represent the campus as its senior executive leader
Data‑Driven Performance Management
Leverage reporting tools and KPIs to assess performance and drive continuous improvement
Translate insights into actionable strategies that move the campus forward
Required Qualifications (To be considered, applicants must meet all requirements.)
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
7–10+ years of senior leadership experience in proprietary post‑secondary education
Experience in private, for‑profit, career‑focused, or trade/technical education settings
Direct oversight of campus‑level operations, including Admissions, Academics, Student Services, and Compliance
Proven success managing revenue, P&L, budgeting, and financial performance
Demonstrated history of improving student outcomes (retention, graduation, placement)
Experience with accreditation standards and regulatory compliance
Superb interpersonal, communication, analytical, and strategic planning skills
Competitive Salary:
up to $120,000
base + performance bonus
