Summary Reporting to the Sr. Manager of Media Management, the Seasonal Media Management Specialist will be responsible for processing all incoming media and delivering media assets to designated assignments. This role ensures availability of assets for edit and conform process at NFL Films.

Essential Functions

Monitor emails and new entries in the media tracker and process media according to workorders and SOPs.

Accurately account for all media and workflow steps within the Films Footage Tracker.

Follow SOP for media processing and organize footage in storage.

Use CatDV to input metadata and submit files into Vantage transcoder.

Use media tracker to alert other departments about media progress.

Screen capture streaming media and social media clips and perform quality control.

Maintain communication with media coordinators, producers, editors, and project managers to meet project needs.

Provide technical support for all media needs across outside departments.

Required Education and Experience

Professional media experience through internship, PA, or previous employment.

Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Avid Media Composer, Avid Interplay, Final Cut Pro, and CatDV.

Preferred Education and Experience Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.

Other Key Attributes / Characteristics Hard‑working, self‑starter with attention to detail who complements the Media Management team.
