The UX Experience Architect (Human-Centered Design) will shape digital experiences by blending strategic vision with hands-on execution.
This role focuses on conducting user research, facilitating usability testing, synthesizing findings, contributing to experience roadmaps, and ensuring alignment between user needs, business goals, and technical delivery.
The ideal candidate is curious, collaborative, confident in their craft, and comfortable navigating ambiguity while guiding cross-functional teams toward user-centered solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct ongoing user research to inform experience priorities and influence product strategy. Develop and evolve personas, journey maps, and experience frameworks. Contribute to experience roadmaps by aligning user insights with business value and delivery constraints. Partner with stakeholders to establish clear vision, goals, and experience standards. Execution & Delivery
Plan and facilitate usability tests, design reviews, and feedback sessions. Conduct qualitative and quantitative research and synthesize insights into actionable recommendations. Identify experience challenges, uncover root causes, and provide practical solutions. Support research and discovery activities for both near-term delivery and long-term planning. Translate insights into clear artifacts, documentation, and guidance usable by product and engineering teams. Work with business partners to understand needs, constraints, and success measures. Collaborate with software engineering teams to ensure the intended user experience is reflected in implementation. Act as a connector between business, design, and development teams to improve clarity and reduce friction. Present research findings and recommendations in a clear, grounded, and actionable manner. Explore and pilot new tools and workflows, including AI-enabled design or research tools. Stay informed on emerging trends and the role of AI in shaping future user experiences while applying sound judgment. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in UX, Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Digital Strategy, Business, or related field OR equivalent professional experience in human-centered design. Minimum 3 years of experience in UX, product design, digital strategy, or human-centered research roles. Strong grounding in Human-Centered Design methods, research techniques, and experience synthesis. Experience supporting both strategic initiatives and hands-on delivery work. Comfortable working within cross-functional, delivery-focused teams. Working proficiency with Figma for collaborative design and reviews. Familiarity with Jira or similar tools within agile, sprint-based environments. Understanding of AI-powered tools used in design and research, with willingness to experiment and learn. Preferred Qualifications
Experience with emerging AI tools for research, design, or synthesis.
