Director of Employee Relationships & Development

In this role, you’ll partner with executive leadership, support employees at every stage of their journey, and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
This is a hands-on, on-site role
where presence truly matters.
What You’ll Do:
Lead HR strategy, workforce planning, and organizational development
Oversee recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Manage payroll, compensation, benefits, and wellness programs
Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with employment laws
Develop training, recognition, and engagement programs
Manage HR systems and employee records
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
8–10+ years of HR leadership experience
Strong communication and people skills
Experience with HR technology (Dayforce preferred)
SHRM-SCP or SPHR certification preferred
What to Expect

Fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Up to 20% travel
Office and warehouse-based work settings
