Job Title Department Director – Field Operations
Position Summary Leads all voter outreach and on-the-ground engagement efforts for the campaign. Oversees field strategy, event coordination, volunteer mobilization, and community presence to ensure strong voter contact and district-wide visibility.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and direct the campaign’s field strategy and voter contact plan
Oversee outreach teams, volunteer operations, and event execution
Coordinate district-wide canvassing, phone banking, and relational organizing efforts
Build relationships with community leaders, organizations, and local partners
Monitor field performance, troubleshoot challenges, and adjust strategy as needed
We are able to provide specific assignments along with hours tracking. And offer letters to confirm activities that are applicable to the field of study, as well as a letter of completion verifying hours and activities.
