Cytel Inc
Responsible for supporting the successful execution of medical writing projects, including manuscripts, slide decks, e-learning materials and German HTA/AMNOG dossier submission. This role requires seamless integration into co.faktor, specifically within the co.medical team, which operates in a fully remote environment.
Responsibilities As a Medical Writer your responsibilities will include:
Research and analyze clinical and epidemiological data
Create and ensure quality of medical-scientific content, including benefit dossiers for the AMNOG process, publications, brochures, slide decks, and e-learning materials
Manage projects in Medical Communications
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across Market Access, Medical Writing, and Patient Relations
Participate and contribute to internal corporate and training meetings
Develop and/or engage in marketing initiatives such as webinars and LinkedIn posts to strengthen the brand recognition of co.faktor and Cytel
Occasional travel may be required

Education
:
Master’s degree in relevant scientific, medical, or health-economic field. MBA, MD, or PhD desirable.
Experience:
Prior medical writing experience is desirable, specifically in the field of Healthcare Communication, but not mandatory.
Skills:
Proficiency in the use of basic- and collaborative office IT programs like Apps included in the Microsoft365 suite
Ability to work independent in a remote setting while setting priorities across multiple projects in agreement with the responsible project leader
Adaptability to integrate into internal project team dynamics and work processes
Affinity for medical writing and a general interest in accomplishing a fact-base from multiple sources
General curiosity applied to problem solving
Interest in client interactions with willingness to present results in front of a small audience
Attention to detail to deliver work-outputs with limited need for re-work
Ability to listen to client guidance, separate must haves from need to haves, and translates client comments into an action plan
