Overview
Title: Affiliate Development Associate
Department: Baseball Operations – Video
Type: Part-Time, Seasonal
Pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour
Reports to: Coordinator, Minor League Video
Compensation rates vary based on experience, skills, education, and training.
Position Details: The Affiliate Development Associate will work with the Minor League affiliates (AAA: Oklahoma City, AA: Tulsa, A+: Midland, A-: Ontario, ROK: Glendale, ROK: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic). The role is for January–October 2026.
Responsibilities
Capture and log all Minor League games at the assigned affiliate.
Assist coaching staff with daily tasks such as scouting reports, game planning, travel, and administrative needs.
Compile video and data projects and collaborate with other departments on scouting, player development, and strategy.
Operate technology during bullpen or batting cage sessions.
Produce roster and lineup information for daily clubhouse use.
Perform related duties as assigned on and off the field.
Basic Qualifications
Coursework completed by January 2026.
Available for the entire season (February–October).
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time‑management skills.
Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Preferred Qualifications
High social awareness and the ability to exercise good judgment in the clubhouse.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Solid foundation in baseball knowledge and a desire to deepen understanding of advanced concepts.
