Now Hiring: Distribution Associate Location:

Cambridge, OH

Pay Rate:

$16.00 per hour

Shift:

10 PM - 6 AM

Daily Grind (aka What You’ll Do)

Load, unload, sort, and move products by hand or with equipment

Pick, pack, and prep items so orders are accurate and ready to roll

Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records of all transactions

Use handheld scanners or devices to track products

Stay active—on your feet, lifting up to 50 lbs, and keeping pace

Follow safety rules and help keep the floor clear and organized

Show up, clock in, and give a solid day's work—no coasting

Keep your focus sharp; details matter when orders are on the line

Be willing to learn, follow instructions, and improve every shift

Work with your crew—team‑first, no drama

Stay flexible—shifts, overtime, and new tasks come with the territory

Qualifications

Prior factory experience is required
