What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Full-cycle recruiting for engineers across various levels, from proficient to senior to manager level
- Partner with hiring managers to shape roles and design effective interview panels
- Continuously build evergreen pipelines of candidates for current and future needs
- Run tailored sourcing strategies using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter
- Track recruiting metrics to optimize performance and meet hiring goals
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Proven in-house recruiting experience in SaaS, particularly for R&D roles
- Ability to manage 10-15 roles per quarter without compromising quality or speed
- Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Availability for occasional travel for meetings and conferences (approximately once per quarter)
