Get to Know Our Team

The Performance Marketing Team of Agoda is a world?leader in online marketing. This department is highly data?driven and focused on developing at?scale marketing programs that improve the lifetime value of Agoda customers through measurable marketing programs and channels.

In This Role, Youll Get to:

  • Set marketing strategy for Flights verticals (outside of pricing)
  • Spearhead the development, execution, and optimization strategy for growing Agodas Flights business on different channels
  • Conduct end?to?end analysis of large, complex datasets related to channel performance, user behavior, and market trends, translating raw data into actionable insights
  • Develop hypotheses, design experiments (e.g., A/B tests), and build structured analyses to rigorously evaluate campaign effectiveness and drive data?driven decisions for channel growth
  • Partner closely with various business functions, especially Marketing Accommodation, Flights product and flights supply, to identify opportunities, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets using different techniques and tools such as SQL or Tableau
  • Communicate complex findings, performance updates, and strategic recommendations clearly and concisely to key stakeholders, including senior management

What Youll Need to Succeed
  • 57 years of experience in a Data Analyst role or related projects involving big data, preferably in the tech, e?commerce, or digital marketing industry. Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Statistics/Math, Engineering, or Economics and Finance is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and generate impactful recommendations. Proficient in business intelligence tools and data warehouse technologies such as SQL, Tableau, and MS Excel.
  • Innovative problem?solving skills with the ability to tackle complex challenges in a non?linear fashion.
  • Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in creating impactful and visually appealing presentations.
  • Stakeholder management abilities, including influencing and persuading stakeholders at all levels, with proven commercial acumen.

Its Great if You Have
  • Experience in digital or social media marketing.
  • Experience with hypothesis testing frameworks, statistical analysis, and using Python/R for data manipulation and analysis.
