About the Role
The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Care Management for the West Florida Division. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and executing a strategic vision for care management that enhances the consumer experience and effectively deploys care management resources. This role requires a leader who can develop and implement strategies to reduce length of stay, readmissions, and improve overall care quality. The Executive Director will also be responsible for standardizing care management practices, embedding evidence-based care transition practices, and ensuring the team is aligned with the organization's strategic goals.
Applicants must have a Master's degree in business, healthcare administration, or nursing, a Bachelor's degree in nursing, and at least 10 years of leadership experience in care management or a related healthcare field. A Case Management Certification is also required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading care management initiatives, with a focus on consumer experience, resource deployment, and quality improvement. The role demands a strategic thinker who can work collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve the division's goals and is committed to the values of the organization.
