Lead a dynamic manufacturing engineering team in a clean room environment and drive optimization of production activities, aligning operational efficiency and quality with strategic objectives. Qualifications
BS Degree or MS Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. Must have at least 10 years management exp in the medical device/ biotech industry. Ideally someone who was a manufacturing manager or operations manager and has worked their way up to the director level. A top-level strategic thinker. Exp with clean room environments. Exp with plastic and silicone extrusion and molding processes. Background utilizing plant automation technologies and manufacturing execution systems are highly preferred.
