Autism Center of Excellence (AutismCOE) is seeking an experienced
Clinical Director (BCBA)
to lead, grow, and shape our Columbia, MD clinic. This is a senior clinical leadership role with real influence over program quality, team development, and the growth of services.
The Clinical Director partners with executive leadership to ensure ethical, high-quality ABA delivery while building and mentoring a strong BCBA and RBT team. This role offers a clear runway for continued leadership growth within a multi-state organization.
Key Responsibilities
Provide clinical leadership and oversight for BCBA and RBT teams
Ensure ethical caseload management and high-quality service delivery
Mentor, coach, and develop clinicians
Conduct or oversee behavioral assessments and treatment planning
Partner with families and caregivers in collaborative decision-making
Ensure compliance with payer, regulatory, and professional standards
Lead quality improvement and program development initiatives
Promote a positive, professional, and mission-driven culture
Requirements Required
Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
Eligible for Maryland Behavior Analyst licensure
Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

4+ years of BCBA experience
Experience supervising, mentoring, or leading clinicians
Experience managing or growing clinical programs
Benefits
Base salary: $115,000–$130,000 per year
