Under the direction of the Human Resources Director or designee, the Director of EEO/HRIS is responsible for supporting the operations and administrative functions of the Human Resources Department. This includes assisting with recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and compliance with employment laws. Overseeing the District’s equal employment opportunity (EEO) plan and efforts. The position provides technical and professional support for all human resources functions and assists with the responsibilities of the Human Resources Director as needed. This role ensures that personnel policies, procedures, and best practices align with the District's mission, values, and commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
