This critical, results oriented role provides strategic and operational leadership for all hotel activities involved in planning, developing, operating, and maintaining a hospitality driven guest experience with financial controls and consistent expected financial performance being paramount. This position develops strategic hotel goals consistent with the company's strategic initiatives and brand standards, and transforms them into tactical plans; as well as, provides leadership to ensure goals are attained.
A critical element of this role is driving financial results through granular analysis, process improvement, and direct work with the properties.**Minimum Requirements**Five (5) years experience as a General Manager or Corporate Hotel Leader and/or other hotel level operations management position which comparable job knowledge and skills have been acquired.
