About The Role We are seeking a sharp, data-driven Product Analyst who loves solving puzzles and finding the "why" behind the numbers. In this hybrid role—sitting at the intersection of Data Science, Product Operations, and Strategy—you will act as the navigator for the Product team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will build the data infrastructure that powers our decision-making. You won’t just report on what happened; you will define how we measure success, uncover our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP), and drive growth through rigorous experimentation. If you are passionate about turning raw data into actionable product insights that shape the future of video creation, this role is for you.

What You'll Achieve

Be the Source of Truth:

Own the setup, maintenance, and daily monitoring of product dashboards. You will ensure the team has a real-time pulse on product health, attribution, and user retention.

Drive Data Governance:

Take charge of our analytics stack (e.g. Mixpanel, Statsig). You will maintain tracking plans, ensuring data integrity so that every event captured is accurate and meaningful.

Fuel the Experimentation Engine:

Lead the design and analysis of A/B tests. You will work with PMs to form hypotheses, determine sample sizes, analyze results for statistical significance, and recommend whether to ship or iterate.

Define Success:

Collaborate with XFNs to define North Star metrics and quarterly OKRs. You will translate high-level business goals into trackable data points.

Unlock Growth & Revenue:

Deep dive into user behavioral data to identify our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). You will perform segmentation analysis to uncover upselling opportunities and retention drivers.

Close the Feedback Loop:

Conduct comprehensive post-launch analysis. You will help understand and define how product development impacts the overall user journey and business bottom line.

What You'll Bring

Experience:

2–5 years of experience in product analytics, data science, or a highly analytical operations role. Experience in a SaaS or B2C product environment is preferred.

Technical Fluency:

Advanced proficiency in SQL is required. Familiarity with Python/R for deeper analysis is a plus. You are comfortable working with modern analytics stacks (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Statsig, Tableau).

Product Owner Mindset:

You understand user flows and business context. You can translate "we need to increase revenue" into specific questions about user behavior.

Statistical Foundation:

A solid understanding of statistics (distributions, confidence intervals, hypothesis testing) to ensure our A/B tests and segmentation efforts are scientifically sound.

Communication Skills:

You can explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly. You are comfortable collaborating effectively with teammates across US/Asia time zones.

Preferred

Startup DNA:

Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth startups where data infrastructure is being built and optimized in real-time.

Tool Expertise:

Hands-on experience specifically with

Mixpanel

(for behavioral tracking) and

Statsig

(for feature flagging/experimentation).

Creator Economy Passion:

A background in video creation tools or being a creator yourself is a strong plus.
