Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic
Director of Business Development
to lead, motivate, and manage our
marketing and sales teams , driving exceptional performance, enhancing customer satisfaction, and optimizing revenue-generating processes. The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong track record in
sales and marketing leadership , and a passion for coaching and guiding teams to consistently meet and exceed ambitious targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and support the
sales and marketing teams , setting clear targets, performance metrics, and expectations.
Develop and align
sales and marketing strategies
to drive pipeline growth, brand visibility, and revenue.
Monitor and analyze performance data, including sales numbers, closing rates, lead sources, and route optimization, to drive consistent results.
Identify areas for improvement, coach and mentor team members, and implement strategies to enhance performance and professional growth.
Develop and execute integrated
business development, sales, and marketing plans
to meet and exceed company objectives.
Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, provide training, and share best practices across sales and marketing.
Foster a positive, results-driven culture that aligns with company goals and values.
Collaborate with operations and leadership to ensure alignment between
marketing efforts, sales execution, and service delivery .
Stay current on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Analyze customer needs, feedback, and campaign performance to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
Key Qualifications
Proven experience in
Business Development, Sales Leadership, or Marketing & Sales Management , with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and exceed growth targets.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to motivate high-performing sales and marketing professionals.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales and marketing analytics tools, and performance tracking platforms.
Experience developing and executing successful
sales and marketing strategies .
Familiarity with
insurance restoration services, exterior restoration, or related industries
is a plus.
Compensation and Benefits
$90,000-110,000.00/year . Performance review, after 90 days, then annually.
Quarterly performance Bonus following Romexterra's Bonus structure.
Competitive commission plan:
3% of total mitigation and content sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.
1% of total reconstruction/repair sales from documented relationships initiated and maintained by the employee.

Health, vision, and dental insurance
401K, company match up to 6%
Paid Time Off Eligible after 90 days.
5 days vacation and 3 sick days in the first 2 years.
After 2 years, increase to 10 vacation days.
