Copa Health is seeking an experienced
Director of Grants & Fund Development
to lead fundraising and grant strategies that expand behavioral health, integrated healthcare, housing, and human services across Arizona. This is a high-impact leadership role for a mission-driven professional who excels in grant development, donor engagement, and strategic partnerships.
What You’ll Do
Lead grant development and fund development strategies aligned with organizational priorities
Secure funding from government, foundation, corporate, and individual donors
Write, submit, and manage grant proposals, budgets, and compliance reporting
Cultivate and steward donor and community relationships
Partner with executive leadership, program teams, and finance
Attend off-site meetings, donor visits, and community events as needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
7–10 years of nonprofit fund development and grant writing experience
Demonstrated success securing government and foundation funding
Strong writing, project management, and relationship-building skills
Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or human services preferred

Competitive salary:
$93,704 - $100,000 (based on experience)
Up to 3 weeks of PTO your first year
