What You’ll Do:
Lead and manage the Health Services team through effective selection, training, coaching, and performance management.
Conduct comprehensive resident assessments prior to move‑in and on an ongoing basis, ensuring care plans accurately reflect resident needs and appropriate Levels of Care.
Ensure quality care delivery and regulatory compliance through observations, audits, and documentation review, including EHR/Yardi/Care Stream tasks, QuickMAR/med audits, and call‑light response monitoring, with corrective actions implemented as needed.
Coordinate care with external partners such as physicians, laboratories, and therapy providers to ensure all orders and treatments are executed accurately.
Implement operational policies and procedures to promote efficiency, safety, and compliance across healthcare services.
Manage departmental operations, including budgeting, staffing, supply inventory, record‑keeping, and maintaining a safe and organized care environment.
Facilitate regular communication with residents, families, and associates to address concerns, discuss care needs, and support engagement and satisfaction.
