· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field required

· 10+ years of senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare finance experience required

· CPA, MBA or advanced degree preferred

· Proven experience in skilled nursing billing, collections, and reporting

· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems

· Ability to work flexible hours to meet reporting and compliance deadlines
