Associate Director - Talent Marketplace
Join S&P Globals People team as an internal consulting leader, delivering data?driven, AI?enabled Talent Marketplace and Skills Intelligence solutions to accelerate strategy and performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the OPI team to build consistent frameworks, methodologies, and best practices for organizational planning.
- Lead the product ownership of our Skills Intelligence (via Lightcast) and Talent Marketplace (via Eightfold) solutions, ensuring their integration and utilization across people and business stakeholders.
- Research future?of?work trends and incorporate progressive people practices into the workforce and people?team strategy.
- Develop and communicate executive transformation stories with data?driven insights and best?practice research.
- Integrate the AI?enabled Talent Marketplace tooling with broader people strategy to drive change and impact storytelling.
- Provide internal consulting to People Partners, Finance Partners, and business leaders on people and financial objectives.
- Merge skills and marketplace analytics into organizational health assessments, supply?and?demand talent analysis, and design re?engineering plans.
- Guide and optimize internal mobility strategy in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
- Build data and analytics with People Data and People Analytics to guide KPIs and ROI for skills intelligence and marketplace solutions.
- Partner with vendor partners to scope and manage execution of roll?out, product enhancement, and integration plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in workforce planning, financial planning, technology product ownership, business consultation, or related fields.
- Experience in a complex, global organization.
- Proficiency in technology product development and experience with enterprise SaaS tools such as Eightfold, Lightcast, Visier, Anaplan, and similar.
- Program, transformation, or portfolio management experience; familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery approaches is a plus.
- Prior experience supporting or working closely with corporate/enterprise functions such as Technology, Finance, Commercial, HR/People, Operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience working with both internal teams and external vendors or consultants.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $93,144 to $160,911. Eligible for an annual incentive plan and additional S&P Global benefits. Benefits include health care, flexible downtime, continuous learning, retirement planning, and family?friendly perks.
