Customer Service Representative

Environment is in one-story office space with very nice office- modern furniture & decor. Excellent benefits are offered when eligibility met (health insurance paid up to $300 individual & $900 family, vested 401K, 14 vacation days, 5 sick, 11 paid holidays).

• Processing quotes and sales orders incl. packing, shipping, billing and tracking
• Understanding process for shipping through multiple systems for export purposes,
• Liaison between customer and company in all aspects of the sales cycle, including factory schedules, sales, service, and accounting.
• Update and maintain information in Customer and Item Master Database, ERP System
• Other responsibilities will include support of Office Manager, answering and directing phone calls, data entry, inventory and regular office administration tasks

Pay: $15 an hour but flexible for the right candidate.
