This is a hybrid position (2 days/week remote); must be local to Downtown ATL!
Position Overview / Responsibilities for the QA Automation Engineer- Salesforce
- Engage in both manual and automation testing for Salesforce Service Cloud platform
- Develop and enhance QA processes
- Conduct backend database testing with SQL
- Utilize Selenium for automation testing
- Evaluate software dependencies and design test cases accordingly
Required Skills for QA Automation Engineer- Salesforce
- Proven expertise in both manual and automation testing
- Experience in developing and improving QA processes
- Strong skills in SQL for backend database testing
- Hands?on experience with Selenium
- Familiarity with Salesforce Platform, preferably Service Cloud
- Ability to evaluate software dependencies and design effective test cases
- Basic programming knowledge to work within an automation framework
