Assist customers at the U-Haul center with products and services Use smartphone technology to manage rentals and inventory Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers, and clean and inspect equipment Answer customer inquiries and prepare rental invoices Participate in ongoing education through U-Haul University Qualifications:
Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain a good driving record High school diploma or equivalent Ability to perform moderate physical exertion, including moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs Willingness to work in environments with moderate risks or discomforts Capability to use protective clothing or gear as required Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in customer service roles, particularly in retail or service industries Familiarity with vehicle maintenance or rental processes Ability to obtain certifications for filling propane and driving a forklift
