The
Service Advisor
serves as the primary point of contact for all automotive service customers. As a Service Advisor you will own the customer experience in the service lane and are the first point of contact for the customer as it relates to their vehicle: status, repairs and diagnostics. You need to be well-versed in product offerings, inventory needs, technician scheduling and customer service.

Responsibilities
Answer service calls, set and confirm appointments
Write repair orders
Act as a liaison between the technician and customer
Assist your client through the service process.
Collaborate with various team members for loaner availability, proper warranty processing and disclosure
