As a Promotional Customer Service Representative, you will represent mission-driven campaigns at community events, promotional activations, and outreach initiatives. Your focus will be on
public education, supporter engagement, and fundraising participation , while providing professional and friendly customer service. Key Responsibilities
Represent nonprofit and ethical brand partners at live events and outreach activations
Engage with the public to share information about campaigns, services, and fundraising efforts
Assist with event setup, registration, logistics, and distribution of promotional or educational materials
Support marketing and outreach teams to ensure organized and effective event execution
Collect attendee feedback, track interactions, and share insights for campaign improvement
Resolve on-site challenges with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
Deliver consistent, positive customer service in all public-facing interactions
Candidate Profile
We are looking for individuals who are communicative, dependable, and motivated by community impact. You may be a strong fit if you: Communicate clearly and confidently in person and in writing
Have a customer-focused, approachable demeanor
Stay organized and adaptable in fast-paced environments
Are reliable, proactive, and open to learning

Are available for weekend and occasional evening shifts
Are 18+ and authorized to work in the United States
Preferred (not required): Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, events, or outreach
