Role Overview Due to continued growth in our operations, we’re seeking expressions of interest from experienced
Industrial Painter/Blasters
who are driven, safety focused and looking to make an impact in the offshore oil and gas industry.
If successful you would be part of a core team commencing in
December 2026
for a multi-year opportunity working in the Gulf Coast of America. The working roster would be a 14 days on 14 days off, with 12‑hour shifts.
Main Responsibilities:
Apply coatings, paints, primers, finishes and fireproofing materials to metal, and other surfaces as required
Select and mix appropriate materials, coatings, and abrasives based on scope specifications and requirements
Operate and maintain painting and blasting equipment, ensuring all tools are in optimal working condition
Inspection of surfaces before and after coating ensuring proper preparation and finish quality standards are met
Review work scope specifications to ensure all requirements are met
Adhere to safety standards and follow established procedures for handling hazardous materials and chemicals
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and environmental standards.
Perform quality control inspections and complete the required documentation
Must be willing to assist other crafts as required
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years’ experience working offshore
Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Painter/Blaster preferably within heavy industrial environments
High school diploma or GED; additional technical training/certification is preferred
Hold a Valid TWIC and HUET/THUET
Hold a SafeGulf or equivalent
Valid Driver’s License, background screening required
Undergo pre employment physical exam, drug & alcohol screening
Must have reliable transportation
Must be able to work full work schedule and any additional overtime as needed
Physical Demands
Work is performed on offshore facilities with constant exposure to outdoor conditions and changing weather
Must be able to work in confined spaces and at elevated heights as required by the job
Requires physical labor, including bending, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, and operating heavy machinery and tools
PPE must be worn at all times in accordance with safety standards
Must meet all physical fitness requirements for offshore work
