Location: Temecula, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, Temp to Hire Opportunity
Job Description We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Rep/Order Processor for a Manufacturing company in Temecula. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the CSR will assist customers in the selection of products, order processing, quote creation, and maintaining customer information. This role requires excellent phone skills and dedication to providing exceptional levels of service to every customer.
Job Duties
Accurately process sales orders, create quotes, confirm orders & freight estimates. Understand and employ appropriate techniques to increase sales, including outbound cold calling. May travel off-site to attend trade shows and exhibitions. Issue RMA numbers from Technical Department, follow up to ensure issues are resolved. Building strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new customers Collaborate with internal departments to ensure they fulfill customer requests Conduct phone and email surveys for Sales and Marketing, record in CRM and MRP system. Requirements of This Position
3-5 years Customer Service / Order Processing experience in an industrial Manufacturing environment. Excellent phone skills, professional polished demeanor Proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience using ERP or MRP software experience a plus! Drug Screen and Background check required
