We are seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Representatives to join our Business Operations team in Glendale, AZ. This is an entry-level position ideal for candidates who are passionate about helping others and delivering excellent service. Key Responsibilities
Confer with customers by telephone or in person to provide information on products/services, take orders, cancel accounts, and address complaints. Provide services such as licenses, registration, permits, or program eligibility information. Resolve customer problems and service/billing complaints (e.g., merchandise exchange, refunds, bill adjustments). Keep records of customer interactions, ensuring accurate documentation of inquiries, transactions, complaints, and resolutions. Complete forms, prepare address changes, issue service discontinuance orders using computers. Refer unresolved grievances to designated departments for investigation. Determine charges for services, collect payments/deposits, and arrange billing as needed. Contact customers regarding inquiries, claim results, or planned adjustments.
