Qualified Staffing is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our client in Fort Valley, GA. Hours: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM5:00 PM. Pay rate: $16/hr. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email Support order processing, tracking, and updates Communicate with warehouse and operations teams Maintain accurate customer records and logs Update spreadsheets and basic reports Assist with inventory-related questions Qualifications: 2+ years of customer service experience Strong computer skills (Excel, email, basic presentations) Clear written and verbal communication Detail-oriented and well organized Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience required Why work for Qualified Staffing?
