We are currently looking for a motivated and customer focused Business Development Center Agent to join our Service BDC team. Responsibilities Outbound and inbound customer phone calls Responding via email and phone to internet leads Determining each customers needs by asking the right questions Setting appointments for the Service Department Ensuring a positive customer experience Introducing customers to Service Advisors Entering customer information into the CRM Accurately scheduling service appointments based on customer needs and technician availability Maintaining strong attention to detail when updating customer records and service information Qualifications Customer focused, energetic, and self motivated individuals Experience in customer service or call center environments Strong communication skills both verbal and written Bilingual Spanish is a plus Excellent computer skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Experience with Volie, CDK, and XTime is a plus Individuals who can address customer concerns promptly and professionally We offer best-in-class industry benefits Competitive pay Medical, Dental and Vision Plans Paid Holidays & PTO Short and Long-Term Disability Paid Life Insurance 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Stock Purchase Plan Lithia Learning Center Vehicle Purchase Discounts Wellness Programs High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
