Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Hybrid position!
Pay range for this role is $30-36/hr!
Location: 305 Gregson Drive - Cary - NC - 27511
6+ Month contract to start! This is a W2 Contract (No 1099/C2C), with a possibility of extension or conversion beyond the original duration based on performance & budget at that time.

Job Description Position is primarily responsible for supporting the retirement benefits strategy, policies, procedures, and administration for the US and Puerto Rico 401(k) retirement plans.
Position will also be responsible for handling contribution funding, asset and payroll reconciliation, supporting audits, running reports, responding to participant inquiries, and resolving data or financial discrepancies with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Position will be in charge of collaborating with Payroll, HR, and other internal departments as well as external providers to ensure accurate plan administration and operational compliance.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, HR, business administration, or related program is preferred.
5+ years of hands‑on 401(k) or retirement plan administration experience is required.
Knowledge of retirement plan concepts including loans, hardships, and 5500 filings is required.
Intermediate to advanced Excel and MS Office proficiency (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Mail Merge, etc.) is required.
Experience with HRIS systems (Workday preferred) is preferred.
Understanding of retirement regulations (IRS/DOL/ERISA) and pension/NQDC knowledge is preferred.
