Marketing Insights Analyst Location:
Fort Worth, TX Salary Range:
$70K-$90K; Bonus Included We are looking bring on a Marketing Insights Analyst to our team due to growth. This person will be collaborating with all other teams of the Marketing (Corporate/Field) that include Marketing Sysadmins, Campaign Managers, Campaign Coordinators, and Digital Marketing Specialist. In doing so, our Marketing Data Analyst will be looking to improve these main areas: Marketing/Campaign Analysis:
take data from different systems (DAM, Workfront, etc.) and uncover key insights for workflow improvement and business decisions. KPIs:
Analyze, develop, and design specific KPIs for each marketing division. Reframing their goals and what they define as success according to their data journey. Visuals:
Work with key stakeholders to understanding what insights they are needing to see and create visual reporting. Optimization:
Set governance/best-practices around the data lifecycle (entry, analysis, visuals, reading, etc.) Automation:
Helping automate practices, analysis, and reporting on information coming in. Personality-wise we need someone who is a self-starter and is looking to take ownership in these areas. We need someone who bring ideas/insights to them about how to support these things. Top Skills Required:
Data Analysis: Google Analytics Visualization Tools: Power BI and/or Tableau Data Research: Quantitative and Qualitative Report/KPI Building: Communication with MKT teams to look into data stories, define KPIs, and automation Scrum/Agile Methodology
